How does the shipment work?
capricciooutlet.com agrees that all orders received before 18pm will be delivered within 72h and before 19h. Orders received on Friday will shiped on Monday and orders received on Saturday or Sunday will shiped the following Wednesday. That process is exposed to the national or regional holidays, varying the delivery date without capricciooutlet.com taking responsibility.
The shipping cost is divided in five areas:
ZONE 1 : Within the peninsula, 7,00€ to 3KG
ZONE 2 : Balearic islands: 23,00 € up to 5 Kg
ZONE 3 : Portugal / France / Italy € 36,10 up to 5kg
ZONE 4 : The Netherlands / Luxembourg / Bégica. € 45,50 up to 5kg
ZONE 5 : Germany / Scotland / Wales / England / Northern Ireland. € 41,00 to 5Kg
If the total order is over 90,00 € the shipping is free.

RETURN of products is supported by capricciooutlet.com, but the shipping cost will be provided by our client. Just accept returns within 3 days of receipt of shipment. To accept such return, our client must send an email to info@capricciooutlet.com with personal data and the reasons for such return, before the arrival of the product to capricciooutlet.com. Once received the product, our returns department will verify that the product in question is in perfect condition and will be processed in full refund, less shipping cost. If the product was defective cataloged by our returns department, capricciooutlet.com will be in touch with our customer via email with a report to declare the return as null. The reasons that a refund can be regarded as void may be, the deterioration of the product, ripped or broken, stains, odors or without appropriate labeling. In addition you will need to attach a copy of the bill what you received with the delivery.
Remember that all our products are labeled by the brand in question and on our own label, and the product must be well packaged to ensure no damages in transportation.
